In terms of variety you will find less options in Mac OS only Apple laptops has Mac OS whereas there is is wide variety for Windows OS.Almost all companies has windows installed in it like Lenovo,Asus,Acer,HP,Dell,Microsoft Surface Book,etc.The market share of windows is about 88.54% approximately 1 Billion people are currently using windows and the market share of Mac is around 8.75% that is around 100 Million people are currently using Mac.Windows definitely dominates over mac in terms of Market share.

The base price of Windows laptop stars from $220 in the United States and 26000 Indian Rupees in India whereas the base variant of MacBook is MacBook Air 13 inches that costs around $988 in United States or 66000 Indian Rupees in India.The Windows laptop were always been cheaper than MacBooks with same or even better specifications in the lower range segment. But if you go to the higher range segment there are laptops that costs as same as or even more than MacBooks like Alienware,Asus Strix,Acer Predator,Asus ZenBook Pro,Razer Blade and Microsoft Surface Book Pro.The cost of Apple accessories is expensive if you have lost or dropped your charger anywhere you have to pay more than a regular windows laptop charger.

GAMING

Most of the people purchase the laptop for the purpose of running high graphic games.

This is the criteria where Windows clearly wins over the Mac.Windows were always ahead of gaming.You can buy cheaper Windows laptops than MacBook and get best gaming.Even if you consider Desktops rather than spending thousands of dollars on iMac you can buy Dell Desktops or even build a power custom desktop to get the best gaming performance possible.

From the very beginning Mac is not at all ideal for gaming and you can blindly go with Windows machines for gaming.

Well Microsoft is a software company that develops software which is later purchased by laptops companies like Dell,Acer,Asus etc due to which you get compatibility issues like updating software,drivers and crashes but if you take the case of Mac entire engineering that is from manufacturing hardware to developing software is done by Apple therefore system is very stable,compatible has auto updates and negligible crashes is observed in Macs.

Well the Windows has more market share and higher number number of machines are there so it is more likely to get targeted than Mac but that doesn't mean that Mac is completely secure it is vulnerable too.It just means that the chances of getting your data leaked in Windows is higher than Mac.

This is an important criteria for Vloggers,YouTubers and Video editors to choose between Windows and Mac.Windows has Adobe Premier Pro and Mac has Final Cut Pro X.Both of these are amazing video editing softwares. Adobe Premier Pro is available on both Mac and Windows OS whereas the Final Cut Pro X is available only for Mac users.Final Cut Pro X can be purchased with one time pay whereas Final Cut Pro X has monthly subscriptions.Both of them are expensive but Premier Pro deals with advanced editing and color effects whereas the Final Cut Pro X is bit faster,more simple and reliable for new video editors.

There are options to download Adobe Products like Photoshop,Premier Pro,Illustrator for Free on Windows OS whereas you have to pay on Mac OS to do the same things.Even you can play paid games,download and install  paid softwares for free on Windows but you have to pay to do the same in Mac OS.
